Information for Patients
Is this your first appointment? Please remember to bring along the following:
- A referral letter from your GP
- Your Medicare card
- Any relevant test results including blood tests and scans
Consultation Fees
You will be given a quotation for your initial consultation at the time you make your appointment.
Please Note: Bulk billing is not available. Settlement of account is required on the day of appointment.
